Instructions

Operation of Foal Aspirator and Resuscitator

Step 1

1. Push Yellow aspirator adaptor and mask onto outer pump body of resuscitator and push over the nose and mouth.

Step 2

2. Ensure a good fit over nose and mouth. To remove mucus, pump inner pump body in and out 4-5 times.

Step 3

3. Remove yellow aspirator from outer pump body and fit resuscitator mask.

Step 4

4. To resuscitate, push over mouth and nose. Pump outer body in and out every 5-10 seconds. Turn foal over onto other side and repeat. Ensure a good fit over nose and mouth.
